When Melanie's at work
Mel joined the team in January 2026 and brings 30 years of experience of working with clients and customers within the Healthcare industry. She enjoys building relationships with clients and finding new and innovative ways to provide excellent customer service. Mel previously worked in various sales, marketing and project management roles for 15 years within BOC Ltd and more recently for primary care education provider, Red Whale.
When Melanie switches off
Outside of work Mel enjoys walking with family and spin workouts, and for moments of peace she turns to yoga.
