When Jon's at work
Jon joined the team at the start of 2021. He began his career at NatWest Private Banking, working with the bank’s high net worth clients, before moving to Prudential Financial Planning in 2012, where he spent eight years specialising in retirement advice. Today he works with clients on the decisions that matter most — retirement planning, estate planning and inheritance tax — building plans that reflect how people actually want to live.
That background makes his approach technically rigorous but never impersonal: Jon’s real strength is communicating clearly and logically, helping clients face the future with confidence. He sums up his approach with a simple test — he treats every client’s money as he would his own family’s.

When Jon switches off
Outside of work, Jon is happily married to Sarah. Together they’ve adopted a Weimaraner called Óðinn — now four and a half, and very much the third member of the household. Weekends usually involve escaping into the Yorkshire Dales, some of the finest countryside you’ll find anywhere.
Jon is a lifelong sports fan. First and foremost he follows Arsenal, and he’s a regular at the Emirates — particularly for Arsenal Women, whose matches he gets down to watch with his brother whenever he can. He also keeps an eye on the Green Bay Packers on a Sunday night.
When he isn’t watching sport, he’s indulging his other great passion: wine. Every few years he makes the pilgrimage to Burgundy, where he tastes the latest vintages and meets the vignerons behind them — as happy talking terroir with a grower as he is watching a game.
